The food handler certification course teaches food handlers the basics in food safety, public health legislation, food microbiology, personal hygiene, cross-contamination & allergens, time and temperature control and cleaning & sanitation etc.
Certificates will be issued to food handlers who pass the exam with 75%.

Re-certification
The certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Before your certificate expires, you should get recertified in one of the following ways:

Verbal exam
Food Handlers have the possibility to do the exam verbally. The fee for the verbal exam will be an additional $10.00 Naf. 18.00

The HACCP Manager certification gives HACCP Team leaders and managers the understanding of HACCP procedures and principles. It gives team leaders the insight on how to conduct a Hazard Analysis of their establishment and operations, while providing them with the know how to implement critical limits to prevent potential food borne illnesses. Certificates will be issued to managers who pass the exam with 75%.
